A convicted sex offender (Possession of Child Pornography) will be released in Burnett County on August 07, 2025, and will be supervised by the Department of Corrections and closely monitored, according to a press release from the Burnett County Sheriff’s Office.
Press Release
In 2020, Chloe was convicted of multiple offenses for possessing child pornography. A core team reviewing the Special Sex Offender Bulletin Notices issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections decided to inform the public of Burnett County about Chloe’s release.
Chloe will continue to remain under the close supervision of local Probation Officers. In addition, she is required to comply with certain specific and detailed rules set by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. These include: not having unsupervised contact with minors, not contacting victims, cooperating with lifetime GPS monitoring, and remaining registered for life in the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry Program.
Chloe will be homeless in the Burnett County area.
Sex offenders have always existed in our communities, but thanks to Law No. 440, passed in 1997, law enforcement agencies have been able to share this information with the public. This information is not intended to incite fear; rather, it is based on the belief that an informed public is a safer public.
